The time cube doesn't make any sense. He's picking arbitrary starting points and ignoring where they fail to overlap.
It's like me saying...
12:01 am to 12:01 am is 24 hours.
12:00 am to 12:00 am is 24 hours.
...and claiming that there are two days within the same day when clearly one begins and ends before the other.
