I'm not sure if the word "fetish" applies here, I think that only refers to inanimate objects that you get hot and bothered about.
Anyway, I think it's a psychological thing. Guys say they get extra turned on by Asian women, by bellybutton piercings, by blonde hair, by accents... I mean, all they really have to be is women. We'd bang women from outer space as long as they didn't have a penis.
