Chamomile really helps with that type of anxiety and it soothes digestive problems. Try not to exercise, or eat, at night either. That and the deep breathing(can't stress that enough it also does other things as well) is probably the best you could do if it happens again and to prevent it from occuring at all. Sometimes eatting spicy foods helps facilitate digestion as well, othertimes it may irritate.
There's been some vibe going recently, everytime i walk outside i feel like shit, and sometimes it follows me home.
