Im not seeing how Dead Eye lvl 2 is better than 3.
I am constantly owning fools with lvl 3. Ride up behind a group of four guys and instantly get four head shots. OR whats even better is riding up to a group of guys on horses and instantly shoot all their horses in the head and watch them all go flying.
You just do a few missions for the old man then he disappears. You dont have to put up with his shit for long.
