As far as the greater good of the US citizen, yes, the whole administration is "stupid". But that's the thing - Dick Cheney is pretty evil, therefore his thinking is internal. As long as it doesn't effect benefactors of the party, rather, the part of the Republican party that still seriously believes in our president, they're happy as ever. And yeah, Bush is pretty damn stupid. But everybody's grown to accept that by now and I think we're working with it as well as we can at this point.
