Now their going to hold trial in New York for the surviving pirate, Abdulwali Muse. If he is sentenced to a term in New York he will be most likely be sent to Rikers Island and as an inmate in New York State he would be eligible to enter the prison education program and earn a college degree. So he would be better off in jail in America than free in Somalia. Not to mention the amount of respect he would get in jail from being a pirate.
