Fighter's Destiny - Ryuji (it was for n64 but it was fucking fuuuun. If you can find a copy, grab it)
Dark Rifts (first fighting game I ever bought, and the first one I rented for my n64)
War Gods - Maximus
Favorite one ever though is still Mortal Kombat 2. Favorite guys are Sub-Zero and Baraka:D
