The logical extension of citing that figure as an "approval rating" for the Islamic course of action operates under the assumption that Muslims are a homogeneous, politically united force. It's also ethnocentric, simplistic, and moronic. If anything, these polls flatly underline the opposite and prove that Arabs are more politically aware (if but tainted by their respective media) by the comparative lack of uniformity when seen against the flag-waving brainless masses.
