I'm glad you're on board. It's just a matter of time for Gill and Strong. I sometimes wonder, "Hey, why aren't there more black ______ ?" There are cases where I can understand it (I've been black long enough to know how this world is) and then there are cases, like in football, where I think, "With all the blacks on the field doing great things, there have got to be some that are doing/can do great things on the sidelines." The Rooney Rule is good stuff, and if that's what it takes to bring the cream to the top regardless of race, then maybe the NCAA should adopt it.
