in current news, i'm now on an even more extreme diet. basically, half the week i eat low-carb and work out at retarded high volumes (10 sets x 20 reps, 2 exercises per muscle group) to deplete muscle glycogen, then the other half of the week i go fucking nuts on bagels and spaghetti and shit and do my real lifting. the idea is that you cut calories half of the week, and then all your overeating goes directly into refilling muscle glycogen instead of fat.
i almost threw up on the very first day and thought i was gonna die! i'll let you kids know how it goes.
