You're NOT supposed to take Carpathian Forest seriously. Maybe in the beginning sure, but their style is completely tongue in cheek, almost the Weird Al of Black Metal if you will.
And Fathom, I'm pretty sure you're being sarcastic, but KISS is like glam rock or some shit. I don't fucking know.
