yesterday someone called me and hung up. I thought it was more of that collections bullshit for that Greg guy. So I called back. It rang 5 times, and then whoever answered didn't know English.

Them: (unidentifiable language)

Me: Did someone from this number just call me?

Them: (some sort of question in unidentifiable language)

Me: Someone from this number? Just call my phone?

Them: (babble in aforementioned language) Wha?

Me: Never mind.

I forgot until the bf mentioned it later that people's numbers can be spoofed. That would explain why they seemed to think I was harassing them and not the other way round.
