No ones mentioned In the Woods yet? Setherial's first album Nord is one of my favorite black metal albums these days, it's kinda like early Emperor. Sorcier Des Glaces, an atmospheric black metal band from Canada has a really cool atmospheric album, Snowland, they're kinda like Xasthur, but with less creepiness and more chilly atmosphericness.
There's a band from my town called Black Sky that I think are just the bees knees for progressive power-metal, they don't have an album out yet, just an ep and a couple tracks on their website

Also, as ever I reccomend Therion as a really awesome progressive heavy metal band. Windir also always a good choice also for black metal with some progressive flair.
