I just remembered this show out of the blue. I loved it when I was a kid and get the feeling it's something I would really like today. Anyone else remember it?

here in Holland they stil, show reruns of it on Fox Kids. I like that little subtle joke in the beginning with the population sign. "Population: 16.661"

I love that show.

Wow, haven't even thought of that show in years. I remember it, just faintly. There was a plot about twins who slept in these glowing white pods, or something...

It couldn't have been on for more than a season, right? I think this was one of my first introductions to the idea of a show being too strange, too unpredictable, too damn smart to last on television. Farewell, Bakersfield PD. Rest in Peace, The Tick. So long, Eerie. If only you'd included a braying laugh track and countless tiny-penis jokes, you might have survived.

It was one of the better shows on tv, that's for sure. It was very original, and unlike goosebumps and are you afraid of the dark, it didn't take itself seriously. It had some funny sci-fi type stories and always had some good laughs. It only lasted 19 episodes, I think.

There's a dvd with 3 episodes out.

Tupperware, actually. One of the scarier episodes. 8-)

It aired again about a year ago over here, only at half past three in the morning. Now THAT is brilliant planning.

Eerie Indiana was my favorite show when I was 13 (that and Twin Peaks) and I have every episode on tape.

In one episode, Tobey Maguire played the ghost of a kid run over by a milk truck, and I remember watching it and writing his name down cause I thought he was dreamy.

I love when they brought Ray Walton on the show, I just wish they hadn't stopped it so abruptly. Then they made the new one and it was gay so I didn't watch it. I always fall in love with shows that get taken off the air...(Twin Peaks, Undelcared, The Tick etc).

Haha, wasn't there an episode where the main character didn't want to reset his watch for Daylight Savings Time and it screwed everything up?

And the town formed the same exact shape as the Bermuda Triangle when you looked at it on a map.

I liked that show, but I was young.

actually, "aaaaarg" the daylight savings thing was the other way around. he reset his watch to it, but in Indiana there is no such thing as daylight savings, so he ended up in an alternate dimension.

It's funny cause I heard on the news yesterday that Saskatoon was voting to see if they'd get DST, is that what reminded you of the show too, Zomboid?

I loved that show.

Of course, that was before I moved to Indiana and realized that nothing like kids sleeping in screwy tupper ware ever happens.

And what the hell IS up with us not changing our clocks?

I so should! One tape has the old "I've fallen and I can't get up" commercial on it
It's an old tape so it might be shitty.
