Female ejaculation

Female ejaculation refers to the expulsion of noticeable amounts of fluid from the urethra by female humans during orgasm. The largest component of this fluid is said to be generated by Skene's glands. The position of the G-Spot is toward the front of the female anatomy, albeit inside. Manual stimulation by a partner is difficult at best, to achieve the same caliber intensity that is experienced when the recipient lays on her back. However, raising her hips up on a pillow might help.
