This is a piece I've been wanting to write for years, but I always seemed to get sidetracked with other projects. Well, after talking about the system again recently, I finally sat down for a day and wrote my take on what is the greatest handheld video game system. I'm really happy with this piece and I hope you all have fun reading it (along with playing all the downloadable games that I included).

while reading that i was all 'where the hell is todd's adventures in slime world' and then you had it at the end and i was like 'oh'

My babysitter had a lynx when i was growing up :< He also had a PC when I just had my Macintosh Performa 450p, with its 100mb harddrive. I ENVIED HIM AND HIS DEVICES :<

Even if you were talking about the Lynx hanheld system I would think you were a wierdo that might be into furries or something.

I can get you one--game store around here has 2 and about 8 games.

edit: I'm trying to get an atari jaguar. Obscure mediocre video game systems are the shit.

You're close, they are TOTAL shit. Very few games on the Jaguire are worth playing, and you can bet your ass those very few are impossible to find.

Oh yes.

Anyway, I only ever played Ninja Gaiden and Rampage on mine. Rampage was as good as ever, but I was less than thrilled with that version of NG for some reason. Seemed really sluggish.
