Chupacabra (goatsucker). Seems noone has seen a live one. But didn't the guy who killed this one see it alive at first? We should shoot Jesus the Magical Carpenter, the Shamwow guy and, Richard Simmons and maybe they'll become myths as well.

Though I am partial to the Jersey Devil myself, hailing from the depths of S. Jersey. I have a "I partied with the Jersey Devil" T-shirt around here somewhere.............

Wolfy-D was awesome when he rapped at Universal Studios. I think the Frankenstein Monster was beat boxing for him too.

My hometown sadly does not. However Point Pleasant, West Virginia has the Mothman, who appeared in the sixties and scared the shit out of everyone:

A bridge collapsed in the town and killed 46 people not long he started appearing, and some people think that his presence was an omen.

Also, despite what some people say, there is no historical evidence that the town was cursed by Chief Cornstalk. I've seen that myth repeated on serious documentaries and it simply isn't true.

Jeanette X, those links just explains that a village is smaller than a town, and a town is bigger than a village. *S*

I think I have a documentary about him starring Richard Gere on DVD.

Village: Small, clustered, usually doesn't have a local government, usually considered part of a larger town. Usually rural, though the term can refer to certain urban areas.

Town: Large settlement, has a local government. Usually a few thousand people, minimum. Term sometimes used interchangeably with large villages. Sometimes used to refer to cities.

Anyway, in Kentucky, little green men supposedly terrorized a community of people in 1955:

Okay, I come from a village then, without doubt. Less than a thousand inhabitants, one grocery store and no other shops of any kind. Surrounded by farmland.

Anyway, there should be a comic book of Moth Man vs Ghost Pig.

The best my state can do is "The Big Cat" which is just a really big Mountain Lion and the Mogollon (pronounced muh-gee-yon) Monster which is just a sasquatch.

You struggle with simple concepts, don't you? Also all of those dead "chupacabras" are just coyotes with mange.

I believe in Eskimos. One time I saw one and he was drunk and hitting his bitch and starting a fight with her other Eskimo boyfriend.

Ligers are like the mules of the panthera genus
