I say stay with your original pick. Favre may injure himself tripping over his dog while moving patio furniture or whatever that moron did. Plummer, I think.

I hereby authorize a switch for MattJack. The point of the FIP is to correctly choose when Brett gets injured during a game, not when he chokes on his wife's rather enormous penis during the bye week.

Alarm klaxons are blaring as Vikings QB Tarvaris Jackson injured his knee while scrambling against the Ravens tonight. Contrary to popular belief, I think this is a huge blow to the team if it ends up being a serious injury. Jackson had a very good camp and looked very sharp in his two appearances this exhibition season.

I do not want to see Gus Ferotte leading us to an 8-8 record.

I think the Vikings have a better season than 8-8 to look forward to. More likely it will be 10-6, or if it goes really bad for them, 9-7.

With Ferotte I think we 8-8, but it appears that Jackson only suffered a bruised knee which he should quickly recover from. Sticking with my previous prediction the Vikings should at least 11-5 and reach the NFC Championship game.

So, who's rooting for Pennington against his former Jets tomorrow?

Being a Giants fan, I am.

As a Jets fan i'm rooting for the Jets and as someone who owns Pennington in a fantasy league, i'm rooting for the Dolphins. BIZARRO.

Jets win, Pennington looks (meh) average - about a 50/50 split for you, WR.

Eagles kicked some serious Ram Ass today. Hoorah!

It sounds like Brady has a torn acl, meaning he's done for the year. He was my starting qb on my fantasy team but no worries because i'll just plug Peyton into the starting lineup. Suckers!

Yeah, we just Garnett to sucker punch another player in practice and David Ortiz to eat the rest of his team.

hester has to stop trying to take it out of the endzone. he almost got a safety in the pre-season and he doesn't really have the grip of a c-clamp which makes the chances of him fumbling on the one yard line too possible. Plus everyone in that stadium knew when he didn't take a knee that he was gonna try to pull some thing like that.

Yeah, that shit wasn't cute or clever; however, the dude is lethal in the open field and until his mistakes outweigh his production nobody will tell him to knock it off.

What dumb shits are in your league? How did you get BOTH Manning and Brady?

Brady is done for the year. Defensive coordinators around the league owe Bernard Pollard dinner.

The Bears (or Da Bears! Depending from where you come from) surprised me last night handling the Colts like children.

Funny story, I actually slept in for the first 3 rounds and when I logged onto espn the computer had taken Brady and Manning for me in the first two rounds. I guess people were scared off by their lack of preseason playing time.
