Fine, see if i care . But im warning you now if i dont post in here anymore you might not know my opinions on HALO. Also for the record here are 100 reasons halo sucks:

1. The storyline
2. The graphics
3. The gameplay
4. The sounds
5. The missions
6. The box art
7. The CDs
8. The fact it was made by omg M$$$
9. You like it
10. I enjoy making a fuss on intenet forums
11. My halo cd has disapeared (think i lent it to someone)
12. It cannot fly
13. It does not solve crimes
14. It raped my mother
15. And killed my father
16. The way the halo guy has a green metal suit thing
17. the ..stuff in the game with.. umm
18. ...............
19. . . . ............... ......... .......

Better make that '17 reasons halo sucks' . But i think you get the idea anyway.

I do like Halo. A lot. I don't think it's the best FPS I've ever played, but if any company's earned the RESPEK, it's Bungie.

And now to debunk RainbowMilitia's list.

-1. The storyline
-Is WAY, WAY better than Half-Life's, plus draws on the huge history and plot of the Marathon series (story.marathon.org)

2. The graphics
-Are perfect for what they're trying to do, and will run reasonably on a mediocre system

3. The gameplay
-Is so much better than Half-Life's that it's almost hilarious, but seriously, every game since has adapted to use Halo's controls, so, yeah.

4. The sounds
-Are hilarious, fantastic, and clever (hey, it's a mark 5!)

5. The missions
-Are trite, but at least it has missions, unlike half-life.

6. The box art
-Was good

7. The CDs
-Were shiny

8. The fact it was made by omg M$$$
-It wasn't

9. You like it
-Correct point #1

It seems that most of you can't like but one or the other, Halo or Half-Life. Well, news flash, they're both amazing and gaming milestones, and the majority of people that feel like they have to insult one or the other either have too much time or are just trying to go against the grain.

Halo was a milestone for XBox I guess. Yeah, when it came out for pc is was like, "Oh my god, faptastic!" Now it's just... meh. Reinstalled it, multiplay still sucks. No co-op mode.

Compare Halo 2 and Half-life 2 when the latter comes out.
