How much ass must one kick at reviews to earn the privelege of becoming part of the i-mockery staff? I mean, is there a specific system or is it just "when we feel like it?"

Basically, we take notice of good reviewers. If we feature your reviews on the main page enough, we eventually ask you to join the staff. Your Rambo 3 review is currently featured on the main page, so that's definitely a good sign hehe.
