Well a long time ago in 1971
My mom gave birth to her only son
we had some laughs, and some fun
we skipped, played, jumped, and run

Then on my 16th birthday i got a guitar, but couldnt play a chord
so then i got with the 80's and bought a keyboard
It was the best thing ever, except for my ford (car)
And then i became a singing lord

I got the name professor cool
i was the hippest cat, in the high school
i played at basket ball games, and at the pool
But sports were stupid, so i be the fool


So then decided to start a band
a band where i can us my magical hands
we played all across the land
We even play on the beach, in the sand

But then i decided to go solo, on my own
and then i bought myself, a nice little home
i got a bed, and a phone
And the internet, for where i roam

So here am i as you see today
singing songs every which way
so come on down, and come and play
with professor cool, HIP HIP HORRAY!!
