Old Sep 24th, 2007, 03:25 AM        NEW GREATEST HORROR MOMENT: "ALIEN"
Now here's a moment that I'm sure everybody has seen before, but there's no harm in reliving it once again because it rules. And if you haven't seen this moment (or this movie) before, you should remedy that immediately.

I have'nt seen the Alien movies since I was a child. I saw Aliens when I was about 8 and it scared the living shit out of me. I saw Alien after that and thought it was less scary and too slow paced. Maybe as an adult I'd think differently. Aso this scene wasn't surprising for me because I already seen this sort of thing happening in Aliens before and expected it.

I saw 'Alien' in theaters a few years ago when they released the 'director's cut.' Chest-bursting is even more satisfying on a big screen.

Yes! I fondly remember this from when I was... four. I was eating dinner with my parents, and made my dad stop the movie because I was afraid of getting surprised and choking on my ham.

I pantomimed that scene at lunch the next day, much to the horror of my classmates and the amusement of my teachers. Bishop's knife trick was my next project, people loved that shit. Alien was a huge part of my childhood.
