I was told to attempt to sound Welsh by putting "isn't it?" at the end of everything I say. Isn't it?

Ironically I had a friend I called Welshy back in my highschool days and he promised to bake me some muffins that he never made good on.

I went to wales a couple of months ago to visit a friend and i can confirm they dont say 'isn't it' at the end of each sentance.
