Me Talk Pretty One Day by David Sedaris
It was a quick read. Good blend of sentiment and cynicism. I know Doopa read it (she told me so) and she said she enjoyed it (she told me so) so that means you'll like it, too.

I've read every one of his books. Hearing him on "This American Life" is what got me started submitting my writing to websites. I gigured if his stuff wasn't too odd for a national audience, neither was mine.
