I'm the kind of person who snacks a little through the day, then 'Eat like a bird' at meals, according to my friend. I haven't heard that phrase in God knows how long until she brought it up.
i end up with sore muscles all the time because i'm eating at an extreme caloric deficit (800-1000 kcal/day) and I still train like Sagat
so i regularly get my choke broke
i also dropped by body fat by almost 10% over 7 weeks, so i'm doing something right
I have no idea what calories or how much fat I might have...I have to walk for my work and I lose 10 to 15 pounds by mid summer. Having an asian wife I eat lots of rice/pasta and snack during the day so I'm burning off what I eat fairly quick. what does getting your choke broke mean?
you must have cool self controll. I cant resist snacks all the time. Nothing like anon to get you into shape huh
Well, i'm on a PSMF (protein-sparing-modified-fast - basically atkins minus the heart failure) and I dose up on ephedra and fish oil so I usually don't even get hungry. Most of my calories are in the early morning and it's tough to choke all of it down sometimes :<
