OK, the topic at hand, though other people have said very similar things: My two english teachers at secondary school - one was a borderline nazi, a completely shit teacher who was universally hated, and had absolutely no control over any of his classes, and the other was, (now steady yourself Pharoah) a.....LIBERAL! She ruled with a rod of iron and took absolutely no shit from anyone, regardless of their ethinicity. So the implication that you wished to infer from posting that article, that all liberal teachers are soft/wet/innefectual and treat ethnic minorities with kid gloves is from my experience, utter bollocks. You big wally.
