Old Nov 30th, 2007, 03:31 PM        Setting up a Webcam with a regular camcorder?
So my family back East has been telling me to get a webcam so I can talk to them on Skype 'n what not since I never see them. I just wanted to know if it's possible to use a regular video camcorder for this since I already have one and really don't need more computer accessories... but I will buy one if I have to.

Oh lame, according to Skype "Please note: firewire devices are not supported at this time." so I guess that pretty much answers my question. :/

So anybody want to recommend a good webcam?
