To ESPN:

Replace Kornheiser, Tirico, and Jawrorski with Golic, Greenberg, and Ditka full time. The former group is annoying and bickers too much (especially Kornheiser) while the latter sounded like 3 guys at a bar talking shit about the losing team, which was funny.

Thank you.

Poor poor Tom. I pity whoever picked him, fantasy-wise.

On a personal note, I wish his knee would've just exploded in an eruption of blood, bone, and cartilage.

Seems most people don't like Kornheiser. Makes me glad I don't have cable

You know, the footage they show of the Tom Brady injury doesn't really look that bad. I mean, I'd seen worse. But check out this angle:

I almost feel bad for the SOB after looking at that, but he's boning Giselle, so I don't.

I think the pats will still make it to the playoffs as a wild card team with the easy schedule they have this season.

Its not like tom brady is THE patriots, ya know?

Yes, the Patriots will still go to the postseason. Belichick is a genius.

I'm just glad Tom's mommy or girlfriend isn't making statements and proclamations for him.

So who thinks that Adrian Peterson is going to run for 170+ yards on the Colds D?

Hey, did you guys know that New York has 2 teams? Apparently the one not getting all the attention are the Superbowl champs.

And they continued their road winning streak pummeling the Rams.

Also, I had Darren McFadden and Isaac Bruce on my bench and still managed to put foot to ass in fantasy this week.

Actually, the game was still in doubt early in the second half, as the Sheep were only down 7 points, but that's when that Giant D-FENS took charge of the game. Which is precisely the way they won the Super Bowl.

Well, also the ball control by the offense. The Giants will forever be a running team and that usually doesn't bust games open in the first quarter. Eli played mistake free, if highlight free, football.

To be perfectly frank and with no disrespect to the other NY team, the Giants are the only NY football team worthy of my attention. That other team has a sideshow and no real substance.

The Vikings have benched Tarvaris Jackson for the year and have decided to go with 37 year old journey man Gus Ferotte.

Oh Chilly, when will you learn that your horrid play calling is the reason why the Vikings will never amount to anything?

It's not like benching TJ will hurt them, though.

If you ever wanted to get an e-mail from NFL referee Ed Hercules (Hochuli) now's the time. He's been answering hate-mail all week so there's a good chance if you send him something he'll reply. I actually kinda feel bad for the strong bastard. According the ESPN article below, he's "devastated."

http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3596289

If he or his crew screw up in B-more this weekend, he can certainly expect another full inbox Monday. If it weren't for the refs last year, we'd have taken the Browns at home (granted the field goal was good).

The Vikings beat the Panthers 20-10 due to 15 Gus Ferotte touchdowns. Nah, seriously though, he managed the game well and played well enough to get the first win of the season. I'm curious to see if he will be able to hold up for the entire season.
