What do you think about that comment that was made about the US being "stingy" in regards to the 15 mil they sent to the Asia Tsumani victims?

Let me preferace this by saying I don't want this to seem like some kind of international dick swinging. People need the help and everyone should be focused on that first and foremost. I am merely answering criticisms of my government and country.

People got pissy because they felt that the intital hard cash of tax payer money was too small.

They neglected the fact that it was the money the government could muster at that very moment.

And the actual materials we are sending.

And the continued cash we are setting up.

And the Marine Expeditionay Force that is there aiding the victims.

And the USN carrier group.

And the private donations that are flowing out.

There is no official government group that is slamming the government. Just a bunch of media and other assorted dipshits that don't understand that we don't just blink and make money appear like we're Barbara fucking Eden or something.

Oh, and cash isn't something I have in abundance at the moment. Does anyone know if blood donations are being accepted? Some of it might even be mine.
