Back on track, Resident Evil 5 looks good and I'm wondering how much the shade and the blistering sun will affect the gameplay. I heard that they were very important a while back.

Well this originally was a discussion on RE5 but then Zelda and fathom said something about 360's and wii's and then i said something about failure rates.
But anyways, RE5 is probably going to be good but i want the old resident evil back. I think the reason they were so scary is because they moved so slow, then something fast happened(ie u getting ur ass kicked by Nemesis.)

I'd say this is pretty true. Nemesis caught me off guard the first time, but even then the old games seldom ever kept me on my toes. RE4 threw so much shit at you in the most unexpected ways. Yeah, it wasn't dark or spooky, but it still got you.
