Old Jan 31st, 2007, 03:09 PM        speakers are dead i think, who the fuck knows?
so last night i was listening to music on my computer before i went to bed. everything was normal. and then i walk in today and see that my power light on my speakers is now off. and i tried unplugging cords and replugging them in to different outlets but it really didnt make a damn bit of difference. yes, i even tried flipping the on/off switch on the subwoofer.

my question: is this normal, and do speakers have a "lifespan" like a cdrom drive?

both speakers won't stop working at the same time...you must have done something to the cord or turned your volume settings down.

i am thinking that it is something to do with the cord, as the power light is OFF. this is making me mad because i hate buying new hardware.
