Exercising or in your case, hiking, can be a great stress reliever. I recommend jogging or weightlifting. The past 6 months or so have been very stressful for me but i've spent the past month running or lifting on a daily basis. It's definitely helped keep me calm and distracted from the shittier parts of life. Even better, you'll get in better shape. That or just masturbate more.

Yeah once again the worst possible place to post this. But I'd say stay away from home as much as possible. Get good grades so you can get into a decent schoo. And apply for a scholarship so you can escape since it sounds like your parents won't be reliable co-signers for a loan. Hell, that's what everyone else does. On topic, all you can do is concentrate on your own life. Maybe get a lock for your room if that is possible and lock your money away from yout thieving brother. You can't have long left before you are ready to go off to college, just go as soon as you graduate. Don't even take summer off and live on campus to get away from your family. Then hopefully you get a good job after graduating from college and you can avoid them forever.
