Computers are far stupider than either, since there are some real eggheads at Microsoft putting out some really dumb software that causes frustration for some really smart users.
I said the people who write software. I only use Windows for gaming normally unless im feeling lazy.

Yeah, the people who write software, the intelligent eggheads at Microsoft that programmed Windows. If computers were half as smart as they were, the code would write itself.
