Try pressing ctrl-alt-delete and then Esc once it gets to the blank screen.

If that doesn't work, see if it will boot up in safe mode. Let me know how it goes.

Try going to the command prompt, wipe the computer and reinstall.

Safe mode can be your friend. its a nice place to hide when you begin to panic. like a local bar you go to when your in denial, but the only thing is theres no alcohol

welp people sorry to tell you but none of this helped it still loads says welcome to windows and it acts like it loaded and its just a blank screen could it be that the screen went to shit?

No, the screen is not the problem.

Clean reinstall windows (format, then install), and if that doesn't work then one of your hardware components is bad.
