Bush steers US policy toward Sharon

Breaking with decades-old US policy in the Middle East, President Bush said yesterday that Israel should be allowed to keep some settlements in the West Bank under any future peace agreement.



I guess he hadn't made any huge foreign policy lurches lately. He must have been bored.
