This is great! I worked at Northwest airlines for 2 years and I have sat through tons of shitty training videos, I'm gonna try to get copies of a few of them, if anyone else has worked for them I'm sure you you've seen the bomb threat video. It instructs you to ask for the persons name and address. The guy making the threat is just in a dark room, and the lady he called keeps asking him questions, everytime he tells her exactly what she wants to know but follows up with BUT I'M NOT TELLING YOU ANYTHING ELSE! or THAT'S ALL I'M GONNA TELL YOU! Seriously she asks him like 10 questions.
