I can only open .jpeg's and .gifs in IE not in paint or any other image editing software. how the fuck can I fix this?

its free and opens everything.. "vallen jpegger"

edit: oops sorry, missread your post, thought u were looking for a viewer. but with paint you cant, it really only likes .bmp's (bitmapped images) :/ but try this viewer for the hell of it...
