I'm 6'4 with 195 pounds of muscle on me bones. Problem with being lanky is it hard to bulk up.

I'm middling and not a nerd.

5'11 180 lbs...and the sad thing is that I was exactly 165 before I started freshman year.

OAO, just about anyone can put up 220 lbs with their legs ten times. At your weight you should be able to do well over 300 or even 400.
