Sadly it looks like 2 player only. It does look like alot of fun though. Can't wait to see how this one will play.

The TMNT Arcade game is a true classic (along with the Simpsons Arcade game)... but I have to say, this is the first game that might look like it'll be even better. I mean seriously, it looks like you're controlling the friggin' cartoon. Awesome.

I'm not a fan of cel-shading, and I think this particular use seems rather simplistic compared to others. But we'll see. I'll hardly judge it on graphics alone, and that won't stop me from buying it if it's any good.

And THERE is my concern. We haven't heard much about it but a blurb here and there for the past few months, so not much is known. But I worry the controls will be similar to the ones of old. If it ends up being a button-masher and lacking any skill, then I may just skip it. If I want a game that plays like that, I have Guantlet: Dark Legacy, and the old TMNT games.

But let's hope they don't screw it up. I'd love a kick-ass TMNT game.

The graphics are pretty spiffy and cartoony. I just hope they keep the game simple, yet fun.

Rawk. This is the great advantage I see in cell-shading; they can make cartoons into 3D without it looking awkward and crappy.

They need to apply 3D cell-shading to the new Sam & Max game too. The latest screenshots I saw of it were crap.

You know, I really wish that if people like you are going to ruin these boards, you could at least take the time to read the threads you reply to.

Anyway, yeah, Cel-Shading has it's perks, but it seems like too many people are using it because it's the latest "fad," and sort of a shortcut to doing any real work. But in this case, the cel-shading is very fitting for this game. Doesn't mean i have to LIKE cel-shading all that much, but it's better for this game than 3D textures.

After all, look what they do with all those Simpsons games.

By the looks of the status bars and stuff it seems liek it will only be 2 players

That would be stupid, I mean they should at least make the gamecube, and xbox verisons 4 players.

At least I wont miss out on this one since it is coming to pc too

Cel shading is popular because people love making video games that look all cartoonish and as far from lifelike as possible. But to make games in 3D, they used to have to make them look realistic. But now with Cel shading, designers can make games that are 3D and queer cartoons.

This is part of a larger theory that the people who make video games are fags

They acutally draw the chacters in cel-shading. They just import it to the game and add alittle 3-D. Well, on the same note as the 80s cartoons turning into games, they are making a He-Man game that is due out around the same time.

This game looks great.

This does look like a cool game - the cel shading looks fantastic. Even if the gameplay is the same as the original TMNT arcade game, it'll still be fun. I just hope the GC and XBox versions offer 4 player...

Cel shading may be a fad, and some may say developers are using it too much, but in this case it looks like it's done right. I can't wait to play it.

Cell shading works when done right. I don't really like how it is becoming the new trend nowadays but it is definately cool in Wind Waker and Jet Grind Radio does a nice job so hopefully Konami pulls it off.

This one looks to be decent, I just hope it plays "arcadish."
