Can you explain to me what the purpose of the slt command in the MIPS ISA is? And I don't understand how I-form commands can have 16-bit addresses whereas J-form can have 26!

Greetings friends! These are some serious questions, and lucky for you, I've got some serious answers! And what's better than serious answers? Seriously FREE answers! That's correct - you heard me! FREE!
