Okay now that clownshoes has finally left, although I always liked the third Mega man was it just me or was that game really glitchy?

While this doesn't technically qualify, the best characters that I've seen were the ones that were submitted for a Nintendo Power contest. There were a bunch of lame ass entries like "Mega Girl" or "Zebraman" or some other dumb shit like that. I've been trying to locate that issue, but haven't met with any luck yet.
