hrm, according to the website he didn't even own the illegal business for which he was arrested. i wonder if there's any truth to that...

tis true.. what i read when he was first arrested was that chong got in trouble for simply allowing the company to use his name to sell bongs over the internet. fuggin crazy thing to incarcerate someone for if you ask me.
