I've always got other stuff in addition to I-Mockery in the works, and it's great when one of 'em is ready to be unveiled. Scarmageddon.com is my newest web site that allows you to upload photos of your scars and tell the stories behind them. It also allows other people to rate these scars and post their thoughts about 'em. After all, everybody loves talking about their scars.

So there ya have it... I hope that those of you with scars will participate and help get this site going strong! Any feedback would be appreciated too.

My sister's cocker spaniel puppy bit me a few weeks ago and I think there'll be a scar on my nose from it (deep cut ) but it'll be pretty pathetic

That's pretty neat, but glowbellys not goth comment made me wonder when we will see the goth scars. You may want to put a 'goth scars' section just in case people don't want to see them.

Huh? What's it doing? Nobody's had a problem uploading jpegs or gifs so far that I'm aware of. Glowbelly uploaded hers with no problem. Still, I'll have the programmer look into it in case he changed something just before we launched the site.


Also, for those of you wondering whether or not something would qualify as a scar... let the general public decide on that! If they think it's weak, they'll just rate it really low. Please post your pics to help give the site a good start!

Thanks all, please keep reporting any bugs you encounter, this really helps. The programmer is workin on the site so hopefully it will be fixed sometime soon. I'll keep ya posted. :o

Dr. Volshurawitz, your scar is now up and approved. Everybody else, please try voting and posting comments and uploading some scars of your own. The more people we have helping us test this out, the faster we can ensure that this site is glitch-free. Thankee!

After being down for 24 hours, we've moved the site to a new host (the same one that hosts i-mockery) and now Scarmageddon is back online! It's really cool how many votes the scars are already getting and how many scars have been submitted :o

what an excellent idea. my friends and i are alway bragging about our scars and how we got them. i've got a weird scar (landing on top of a bike pedal that's made of metal) that i'd like to submit someday.

by the way, is there anything for the emotionally scarred people? cuz i've got this huge scar that i want to show the world.
