The part where E.T. and Eliot (or whoever the protagonist was) met each other and started screaming. At the time I never wanted to see that movie again. I had not seen many horror movies as a kid, but Cujo scared the hell outta me. Although this counts as a TV show, I thought Are you Afraid of the Dark, and Goosebumps were pretty scary (sigh......)

Goosebumps always sucked ass. Are of Afraid of the Dark scared the shit outta me sometimes though.

Also, when I was a kid just looking at some of the nightmare on elm street vhs covers creeped me out.

In a way, I think horror movies should be more important towards kids, considering how it would take a lot more to scare an adult. Kids dont take heed of bad acting and whatnot, anyways.

A bunch of horror movies scared me as a kid, everything from Child's Play to Friday the 13th.

What really stuck with me though, was Animal Farm. And it was a fughing cartoon at that. I dunno, something about animated blood was just creepier back then.

Yoda always scared me, much more than Vader or the Emperor.

In the superman with Richard Pryor, in the scene where that fat woman gets pulled into the weird machine and turns into a robot scared the living hell out of me. I always had to leave the room and wait till someone told me it was over.

It's Alive - I never even saw the movie, just the ad on TV used to freak me out. The Amityville horror because it was based on a "true" story.
Also, Magic - I hate puppets.
