Old Jan 9th, 2006, 08:34 PM        MacGyver Season 4 DVD :o

Any of you bought a MacGyver season yet? I just got the MacGyver Season 4 DVD set and am lovin' it. Once again it has some o' my favorite episodes from the series. I mean, they're all entertaining of course, but you gotta love heartwarming tales like the one where MacGyver tries to convince a teen prostitute to leave her pimp, only to discover her father has been abusing her. Or how about the former teenage gang member who gets framed for theft by a white supremacist? Classics.

I'd have to say though, out of all the episodes in the set, my favorite is the "Deadly Dreams" one, because it stars one of the best MacGyver enemies in it - Dr. Zito. He always reminded me of a Hannibal Lecter ripoff in some ways, but a very entertaining character nonetheless.

Actually, it's a tie between that one and "Cleo Rocks" which features my all-time favorite MacGyver nemesis, Murdoc! And if that doesn't do it for ya, MacGyver saves an Amish family from losing their land to the corporate bad guys in one of the other episodes.

Hooray for new DVDs! Hooray for Macgyver!

Hooray for... that hair! :o

Well, compared to some season DVDs (like A-Team or classic Star Trek) it's a reasonable price. You can get it for like 25 bucks. Granted that's the GNP of Canada 'n all, but I'm sure you can manage.
