Just let her pick out your super hero colors. Girls have a better sense of that. Like she can tell if your a soft summer or a cool winter. Once she becomes involved in your superherohood, she'll stand behind you all the way.
Don't forget to pick out colors for the superhero baby nursery too. She'll really hang around you if you talk that crap. Skinny or not, if you talk about superhero babies, you can tap her at will and she'll keep coming back for more. You can drag this out for years or at least until you get your driver's license for your superhero Ford Pinto.
