My friend waits to get a crate drop but holds onto it because it makes you run faster. Then he goes knife crazy on people. He just does that to mess with people though. I think he is triple prestiging already.

I usually use cold blooded, the pro version doesn't show your name above you in red and stupid fucks always think I'm on their team and run out in front of me and beside me.

That's Samus, not Captain Falcon. You don't even know a very familiar video game character.

I want someone to make a Stealth Survival Horror game wherin you stay alive in hostile, terrifying environments by sneaking around, surprise-killing monsters, creating diversions, etc.

Basically, the Shalebridge Cradle extended for 8 hours. All 3 Thief games have some pretty fantastic scary moments/levels, and I don't see why something like that wouldn't work as the formula for a full game.

I also think the last time I was too scared to finish playing a level in one sitting was, like, Ocarina of Time. I tip my hat to Ion Storm.

They did that already. It was called Vampire Rain, and it sucked.

Yeah, you should, it's probably the best series ever.

I hope Thief 4 has a dynamic awareness level for guards where they don't just forget that they saw you if you get caught but then run away and hide again. They could also get increasingly suspicious the more noise you make, and at some point realize that the thing hurling pots and wine bottles around in the other room isn't just a large, obnoxious rat. This is one reason I like playing the Spy in TF2 so much; if you do enough damage, people get paranoid, and start to realize and look out for unseen threats. In turn, that makes it about twice as satisfying when you outwit them anyway and commit rape upon the enemy ranks. It's really the ultimate stealth game. Or would be if Valve would fix backstab detection, goddamnit

One thing I liked in Thief 3 was that unarmed NPCs would run and find a guard to clean your clock if they saw you, wheras in the other games they'd pretty much run through the mansion waving their arms and hollering while the sentries stood around staring at walls and muttering about how much they hate stale bread.
