I am a DJ. When i first started posting on the old boards i was DJ Sum & i spun house, then i got out of it for a while. Now im spinning again, playing jungle, but im not gonna go by the same name, i just have yet to think of a good jungle DJ name.

why do happy hardcore djs always try to make their style of music sound more interesting? Every happy hardcore DJ ive met doesnt spin Happy Hardcore, they spin UK Hardcore. Is it because HHC is generalized as the music for e-tarded candy kids? and you dont want to be afiliated with that group?

Why do all Hard Trance DJs actually spin hard house? How many licks DOES it take to get to the center, indeed!

UK Hardcore is a specific style of happy hardcore. It sounds like this and this. So while it's still HHC, it has elements specific to the HHC sound that's being produced by most of the big names right now. It's kinda meh, tho, and I wish more breakbeat hardcore would be produced - yeah the stuff that sounds like old skool hardcore.

But I'm sure that was just a rhetorical question. :P
