The Wii uses 22W of electricity at peak usage times. It doesn't get as hot as other systems. Or very many other things.

I hate to tell you this, but shit breaks.

It happens.
I don't really know how to respond to this. If you think it's great that your systems blow up all the time, then more power to you? Why should other people accept that?

GUESS WHAT, DUMB FUCK. ELECTRONICS TYPICALLY GENERATE HEAT.
YOU MAKE A VALUABLE POINT HERE. FIRE ALSO PRODUCES HEAT, THEREFORE FIRE IS AN ACCEPTABLE MEANS OF POWERING A GAME CONSOLE. ICE IS ALSO COLD AND WATER IS SOOTHING, THEREFORE EVERYONE WILL LIVE IN CHILLED AQUARIUMS IN THE FUTURE.

...and super paper mario, and mario strikers charged, and wii sports, and metroid prime 3, and mario galaxy, and super smash bros, and mario kart, all by this January. And that's only the first-party releases.
