For anyone who knows about this sort of thing, which winds up producing a better picture for a PS2: an S-video connection, or a component cable one?

I can't think of a reason why s-video would ever be better than component if you had both hook-ups on your tv


so, yeah, go with the component

Component is probably better. Like five bucks worth of better. You probably need an awesome TV for the difference to matter.
